Welcome to Monks Media. By engaging with our website, submitting content, or participating in Monks Media–produced projects or events, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of Content & Imagery

All images, videos, and written content featured on this website and Monks Media’s associated platforms are used with permission from the respective brands, collaborators, or individuals. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content is strictly prohibited.

2. Consent for Imagery & Representation

Monks Media obtains explicit consent for the use of any personal likeness, imagery, or creative materials used in campaigns, case studies, or social content. If you appear in a Monks Media project and wish to request removal, please contact darryl@monksmedia.net.

3. Submissions & Collaborations

By submitting material (including text, photographs, or video) to Monks Media through forms, email, or social platforms, you confirm that you own or have rights to that content and grant Monks Media permission to review and contact you regarding potential collaboration.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed by Monks Media, including creative concepts, visuals, and written materials, remains the property of Monks Media unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. No Unauthorised Use of Monks Media Content

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute Monks Media branding, images, or projects for personal or commercial use without prior written consent.

6. Withdrawal of Consent

To request removal of personal imagery or revoke permissions previously granted, contact darryl@monksmedia.net. Monks Media will process such requests promptly.
