Women’s Day 2023
Zimbali Estate celebrated Women’s Month with an elevated high tea shaped through Afro-French flavours, champagne, fashion, pampering, live music and inspiring conversation.
August is a month for celebrating women, and at Zimbali Estate this spirit was brought to life through a refined high tea experience for its female residents. Set in the light-filled glass room of the Valley of the Pools restaurant, the afternoon unfolded as a curated journey of indulgence, inspiration, and community. Guests, dressed in chic all-white attire, were welcomed to a seasonal high tea paired with G.H. Mumm Champagne, turning an overcast day into a springtime affair of style and sparkle.
The highlight of the afternoon was an interactive presentation from Fay and Megan of Image Insured, whose decades of expertise in image consulting offered guests empowering insights on looking and feeling their most beautiful.
Downstairs, pampering awaited. Treatments by Mangwanani African Spa were paired with the musical stylings of Ballito’s own Graham Hudson, while boutique pop-ups showcased Seasons Clothing, exquisite jewelry from Happy by Lou, and designer eyewear from Optical Emporio.
Sponsors Marrow Attorneys and Property Matchmaker Ballito lent their support to the occasion, while Teddi van der Steen of Light Art captured each detail with her signature photography.
The celebration set a new benchmark for community experiences at Zimbali, where style and substance come together seamlessly.
